1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments are dispatched from Ireland using reliable carriers to ensure safety and fast delivery.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

  • Ireland: 1 to 5 business days

  • European Union: 5 to 12 business days

  • Other countries: 10 to 25 business days

    These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, high parcel volume, or carrier delays.

    3. Shipping Fees

    • Ireland: fixed shipping fee of €5, regardless of weight or number of items.

    • Other countries: shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

    4. Tracking

    Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. After dispatch, shipment tracking is the customer’s responsibility.

    5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

    Customers are responsible for providing the correct address at checkout. If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipping fee will be required for resending the order.

    6. Delivery Attempts

    Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times. If the customer is unavailable, the parcel may be redirected to a collection point or returned to the sender.

    7. Delays

    Although we work with trusted carriers, delays may occur. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

    8. Damage or Loss

    If the product arrives damaged or if there is suspicion of loss, the customer must contact us immediately with photos and details so we can resolve the issue.
